10-32 Refresh Kit

Keep your fly rack secure with this replacement hardware kit designed specifically for the TraceRack™ fly rack series. Each pack includes ten (10) 10-32 nylon-coated screws and ten (10) nylon washers to maintain the proper vibration-resistant mounting performance your rack was designed for.

The nylon locking patches on the screws help prevent loosening from vibration and repeated transport, making them ideal for touring and mobile rack applications. For best performance, each screw’s nylon patch is rated for approximately 4 to 5 installation cycles. Once the patch has worn off or no longer provides resistance during installation, replace the screw with a new one to maintain optimal rack security and reliability.

This hardware is also used for securing side-tapped rack rails and acrylic side panels on the TraceRack™ 37 system, ensuring consistent clamping force and long-term stability across structural mounting points.

Installation Notes

• The TraceRack™ 35 requires 2x screws per rack rail used
• The TraceRack™ 37 requires 4x screws per rack rail used (including side-tapped rack rails and acrylic side panels)

This ensures proper alignment, secure mounting, and vibration resistance across both internal rack structure and side panel assemblies.
